Delivery, Postage, Packing and Insurance

We pride ourselves in our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, and often in the same day. If you have supplied your e-mail address we will confirm your receipt of order. If for some reason you do not receive your goods within 3 working days, and you have not heard from us, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to establish why and resolve any issues.

UK Mainland Options:
Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery for orders weighing upto (2kgs Max.).
Courier service for £4.99 ex VAT.
Free shipping on all orders that are above the value of £49.99 ex VAT to UK mainland customers.

Scottish Offshore and Channel Islands:
Courier or Royal mail International signed for delivery's charged at £9.99.

Northern Ireland Options:
Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery for orders weighing upto (2kgs Max.).
Courier service for £14.99 ex VAT.

European Union Countries, Scottish Offshore, Channel Islands, Jersey and all other International countries:
Royal mail International Signed - calculated by the weight of your order max (2kgs) orders above this weight are usually shipped by courier and may incur further charges.

Free Carriage

For orders over £50 ex VAT in Mainland UK, £100 in the Channel Islands and Scottish Offshore UK locations, carriage charges will be met by the vendor unless specified otherwise. The carriage method used will be a Carrier Parcel Service (delivery within 48 hours). The client may specify a preferred carrier method, but depending on the order, it may be necessary to levy an additional carriage charge where a client's specified method of carriage is used.

Courier Deliveries:

Some of our orders are delivered by Initial Citylink who will attempt delivery twice to the address provided, after which orders can either be collected from your local Initial Citylink depot or redelivered/redirected at a additional cost to yourself. If your delivery from Initial Citylink is returned to us you will automatically incur a additional return delivery charge. We will notify of your tracking number if your order has been despatched with Initial Citylink.

Our normal service is fast, but if for any reason you need guaranteed next working day delivery, we are able offer that service. Simply send your order before 12 noon, from Monday to Friday, and we will despatch your goods by our Express service. Additional carriage charges may be necessary for Express Delivery. Whilst we endeavour to send all goods out on the date of order, orders must be placed before 12 noon to guarantee same day despatch.

N.B. Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed to certain remote areas, where applicable, deliveries will be completed by the next possible day.

All carriage rates and delivery options are for mainland Great Britain. Delivery charges may be levied on any orders outside of mainland Great Britain, and goods may take longer to arrive. All parcels will need to be signed for on delivery. Any damage or missing goods on delivery MUST be noted on the carrier delivery note, or we cannot be held liable.

Returns

In order to return an item to us you must first contact us and get a RMA returns number, a RMA number must be requested before you ship the goods back or they will be refused.

Defective goods will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product by us or direct with manufacturers, we have arrangements for our customers to deal directly with some suppliers,
all defective returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We have a "No Quibble Guarantee" for items that are proven to be defective after our own testing/verification, replacements will be shipped immediately.

Non defective returns must also be returned within 7 days and are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee as we have to sell used products at a 20 - 30% reduction. The customer is held responsible for any shipping charges, all returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty materials, and like-new condition of the merchandise and packaging materials. Customers are responsible for all delivery charges on non faulty items, if a free delivery has been applied on your order and you decided to returns non-faulty items you will incur our standard delivery charge of £4.99 + VAT.

Do not write the RMA number on the box. This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please display the number on the shipping label.
